How to Use the Activity Report

View your open house performance, including listings, events, and registrations over time.

Before You Start

  • Reporting is available on paid plans

Accessing the Activity Report

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar

  2. Click View Report on Activity Report

What You’ll See

At the top:

  • New Listings → total listings created

  • Open Houses → total open houses hosted

  • Registrations → total visitor sign-ins

Activity Chart

  • Shows trends over time for:

    • Listings

    • Open houses

    • Registrations

  • Helps you see when activity is increasing or slowing down

Filtering by Date

  1. Select a date range (top right)

  2. Click Update

Leaderboard

  • Shows performance by agent

  • Can be sorted by:

    • Open houses

    • Registrations

Open House Breakdown

  • View all open houses in the selected date range

  • See:

    • Listing

    • Host

    • Date

    • Number of registrations

Result

You can quickly understand how your open houses are performing and identify trends over time.
