Understand how each listing is performing across your open houses, including registrations and agent activity.

Before You Start

  • Reporting is available on paid plans

Accessing Listing Reports

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar

  2. Click View Reports on Listing Reports

Viewing All Listings

  • See a list of all your listings

  • Each listing shows:

    • Address

    • Status

    • Date created

You can:

  • Use the search bar to quickly find a specific listing

  • Click any listing to view detailed performance

Viewing a Listing Report

Click on any listing to open its report.

What You’ll See

At the top:

  • Open Houses → total events hosted for this listing

  • Registrations → total visitor sign-ins

  • Avg Registrations → average visitors per open house

Performance Chart

  • Visualizes registrations over time

  • Shows activity by agent and total registrations

  • Helps identify which events performed best

Open House Breakdown

  • View each open house for the listing

  • See:

    • Host (agent)

    • Date

    • Number of registrations

Why This Matters

  • Identify which listings generate the most interest

  • See which agents are driving results

  • Understand which open houses perform best

  • Data updates automatically as visitors register

  • Team accounts can compare performance across agents
