How to Create Your First Listing

Create a listing so you can add open houses and start collecting leads.

Steps

  1. Click Listings in the sidebar

  2. Click New Listing

  3. Upload a property image

  4. Enter the address (Begin typing the address, then select the address from the dropdown)

  5. Fill in property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, price)

  6. Add documents like a floor plan or disclosures (Optional, but recommended)

  7. Click Create Listing

Result

Your listing is now created and ready to add open houses.

Notes

  • Each listing can have multiple open houses

  • You can add or edit details anytime

  • Documents added here are sent to visitors after they sign in
