How to Set Up the Follow Up Boss Integration

Connect Showable to Follow Up Boss to automatically send your open house leads to your CRM.

Before You Start

  • Integrations are available on paid plans

Steps

  1. Click Customize → Integrations in the sidebar

  2. Click View Integration on Follow Up Boss

  3. Log in to your Follow Up Boss account

  4. Go to Admin → API Settings

  5. Click Create API Key

  6. Copy your API key

  7. In Showable, paste your API key into the Follow Up Boss API Key field

  8. Toggle Enabled on

  9. Click Connect Follow Up Boss

Result

Your Follow Up Boss account is now connected. All new open house visitors will be automatically added to your CRM when they sign in.

Notes

  • You only need to set this up once

  • Make sure your API key is copied exactly

  • You can disable the integration at any time
