How to Customize Your Follow-Up Emails

Customize the emails sent to visitors after they register or preregister for your open house.

Before You Start

  • Email customization is available on paid plans

Steps

  1. Click Customize → Emails in the sidebar

  2. Choose a template:

    • Open House Registration (sent after a visitor signs in)

    • Open House Preregistration (sent before the event)

  3. Edit the email subject

  4. Edit the email body

  5. Click Save Template

Using Tokens

Tokens are placeholders that automatically fill in details for each visitor.

For example:

  • {{ contact_first_name }} → visitor’s first name

  • {{ listing_full_address }} → property address

  • {{ open_house_time }} → event time

To use a token, click it from the list on the right and paste it into your email.

Previewing Your Email

Click Preview to see how your email will look to visitors before sending.

Resetting to Default

If needed, you can reset your email back to the original default template.

Result

Your updated email will be sent automatically to every visitor who registers or preregisters.

Notes

  • Changes apply to all future emails

  • Registration and preregistration emails can be customized separately
