How to Set Up the Zapier Integration

Connect Showable to Zapier to send your open house leads to thousands of apps.

Before You Start

  • Integrations are available on paid plans

Steps

  1. Click Customize → Integrations in the sidebar

  2. Click View Integration on Zapier

In Zapier

  1. Go to zapier.com and click Create Zap

  2. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger

  3. Select Catch Hook

  4. Click Continue

  5. Copy your webhook URL

In Showable

  1. Paste the webhook URL into the Zapier Webhook URL field

  2. Toggle Enabled on

  3. Click Update Zapier

Finish Setup in Zapier

  1. Trigger a test by registering a visitor in Showable

  2. Return to Zapier and click Test Trigger

  3. Choose an app (like your CRM) as the action

  4. Map the fields from Showable

  5. Turn your Zap on

Result

Your Zapier integration is now active.

Every new open house registration will be sent to your connected apps automatically.

Notes

  • You only need to set this up once

  • Make sure your Zap is turned on in Zapier

  • You can disconnect or update your webhook at any time
