How to Manage Contacts

Access and manage all of your open house leads in one place.

Finding Contacts

  1. Click Contacts in the sidebar

  2. Use the search bar to find a specific contact

  3. Browse the list to view all contacts

Viewing a Contact

Click on any contact in the list. You’ll see:

  • Name, email, and phone number

  • Assigned agent

  • Notes

  • Open houses they attended, along with the answers they provided at those open houses

Editing a Contact

  1. Open a contact

  2. Click the edit icon (top right)

  3. Update the contact details

  4. Save your changes

Adding Notes

  1. Open a contact

  2. Enter a note in the Add note field

  3. Click Create Note

Result

You can view, update, and manage all your open house leads from the Contacts page.

Notes

  • Contacts are automatically created when visitors sign in

  • Each contact shows a history of open houses attended

  • Notes help you track conversations and follow-up
