How to Use the Agent Report

Track agent performance, compare results, and understand who is generating the most leads from open houses.

Before You Start

  • Reporting is available on paid plans

Accessing the Agent Report

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar

  2. Click View Report on Agent Report

Setting the Date Range

  • Use the date selector in the top right

  • Click Update to refresh the report

This allows you to analyze performance over any time period.

Overview Metrics

At the top of the report, you’ll see:

  • Total agents → number of agents included in the report

  • Avg open houses → average number of open houses per agent

  • Avg registrations → average number of leads captured per agent

These give a quick snapshot of overall team performance.

Registrations Over Time

  • Visual chart showing registrations by agent

  • Helps you:

    • Identify trends

    • See when activity spikes

    • Compare agent performance over time

Leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks agents based on performance.

For each agent, you’ll see:

  • Open houses hosted

  • Total registrations

  • Average registrations per open house

How to Use This Data

  • Identify top-performing agents

  • Spot agents who may need support or coaching

  • Understand who converts the most visitors into leads

  • Create accountability across your team

Why This Matters

Open houses only matter if they generate leads.

This report shows:

  • Who is actually capturing leads

  • Who is maximizing each opportunity

  • Where your team can improve

Notes

  • Data updates automatically as registrations happen

  • Only includes agents on your team

  • Works best when all agents consistently use Showable for their open houses
