How to Update Your Profile

Keep your contact details up to date so your information appears correctly across your open houses and follow-up emails.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top right

  2. Select Profile

What You Can Edit

On the profile page, you can update:

  • Photo → Your profile image

  • Full name → Displayed to visitors and in emails

  • Email → Your account login and communication email

  • Phone → Used in follow-ups and contact details

  • License → Included in emails and branding (if applicable)

  • Color theme → Choose your preferred interface appearance

Updating Your Profile

  1. Make your changes

  2. Click Update

Your changes will be saved immediately.

Why This Matters

Your profile information is used throughout Showable:

  • Included in follow-up emails

  • Shown to visitors during registration

  • Used in your branding and communication

Keeping this accurate ensures a professional experience for every visitor.

Deleting Your Account

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see Delete my account.

  • This permanently removes your account and all associated data

  • This action cannot be undone

Notes

  • Supported image formats: JPG or PNG (up to 1MB)

  • Changes apply across all listings and open houses
