How to Customize Your Open House Form Questions

Customize your sign-in form to collect the information you need from visitors.

Before You Start

  • Custom questions are available on paid plans

  • If you’re on a team plan, you can use:

    • Shared Form (same questions for all agents)

    • Personal Form (each agent manages their own questions)

Steps

  1. Click Customize → Forms in the sidebar

  2. Choose Personal Form or Shared Form

  3. Click View Form

  4. Click New to create a question

  5. Enter a label (your question)

  6. Select a field type:

    • Text

    • Number

    • Yes / No

    • Choice

  7. Add answer choices if using a Choice field

  8. Click Create

  9. Click the + button to add the question to your form

Managing Your Form

  • Click the trash icon to remove a question from your form

  • Set each question as Required or Optional

  • Reorder questions as needed

Result

Your custom questions will appear on your open house sign-in form for all visitors.
